      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the RUCKUS wifi extenders for about 4 years.&amp;nbsp; Currently televisions are freezing and indicating no internet connection.&amp;nbsp; ISP says router is working good.&amp;nbsp; All devices are connected to RUCKUS, its about 20 devices. Could this be the problem?&amp;nbsp; I have the following version&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Ruckus R550 Indoor Wireless Access Point NO Subscription (901-R550-US01)..Is there any type of troubleshooting I can perform?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
