      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello My &lt;SPAN&gt;RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and It no longer lights up. I already tried reseting it several times and it doesn't do anything. Tried different outlets with power and it still doesn't work. There were no recent power outages in my neighborhood. I read that another user had this same issue. Just wanting to get it replaced if possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
