Hello I've been trying to get my username and password for my Ruckus ICX switch with two AP's. Could you please help? I already registered, but I'm not that tech savvy.

Hi Cardoza,

Thank you for posting your query !!!

I understand that you are trying to get username and password for Ruckus ICX switch .

The default user name and password is:

username: super
default password: sp-admin

But in case you lost you credential you can always recover with the below method:

connect to the console of the switch, boot up, interrupt the boot by pressing b.

enter "no password" and "boot".

But if the above method not work for you then you can use the below method in the link:

Could you please let us know if you are from Lennar Homes ?
Also is the switch and two AP's part of unleased network ?

As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in setting up your RUCKUS username and password.

Could you please try to log into the Switch on the web browser using the default credential?

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below.

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations provided in the below link.
