&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You may need to factory reset your RUCKUS Access Point to configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID. Please refer to the below mentioned Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the factory reset process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>can't install the Rukus unleashed app but system is up and running</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Rukus R510 that came with the house&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is up and running and said it's connected to something via 2.4g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to log on I receive a message that the PW is incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, I don't have the Rukus Unleashed App on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to set it up the phone won't let me add the network to configure e the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the RUCKUS Unleashed application. Wi-Fi network through the RUCKUS Access Points just works fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This is a known issue when your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. To assist you in upgrading your RUCKUS Access Points please help us with the below details.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please log in to your Unleashed system on a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;LAPTOP WEB BROWSER&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Master AP IP Address&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;OR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#00ADEF;font-size:18px;"&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;. Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't sign onto Unleashed.&amp;nbsp; It still wants to be configured and I don't see the config..wifi anywhere on my phone or tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's up and running my xfintiy modem but I don't' know the PW so I'm stufck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
