    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been on the forums and have troubleshooted everything.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Nothing works.&amp;nbsp; This has been happening for some time and I'm without internet.&amp;nbsp; I have household things that aren't workiing.&amp;nbsp; How can I get a new Ruckus box to replace the one that I have that isn't working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
