ICX7150 fails to boot to primary partition (ICX7150-Boot and OS>)

My ICX7150 crashed tonight and is unable to recover after flashing primary/secondary partition.

i downloaded 08095m and followed the same procedure at the boot recovery and it looks like i have made some progress, but still see the same errors, but the boot process does not hang...and it looks like it is back in operation ... is there a way now to fix the boot errors?

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is unable to boot up.

Could you please try to access CLI as per the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base guide?

I was able to successfully boot in to 08095m and can access the CLI. i performed a SW factory reset and the switch seems to be operating normally. My questions is more on the boot errors when it looks like its trying to access packages that havent been installed

the switch is in service and operational. not sure how a write memory will update any package installations as it is looking for specifical files (even after a factory reset)

i can try a reboot after hours to see if anything recovers, but what other options are there before that. I will not have a direct terminal connection to capture logs, so from a telnet connection, i would not see any boot up messages.

Thank you for the response.

Please note, that we have some major changes in the DHCP for the latest versions. When the Switch acts as a DHCP server, is the reason you may see some directory files missing. For Lennar users, we do not use Switch DHCP as a server since the Switch gets an IP address assigned to it by the ISP Router.

You can ignore those errors. Since it doesn't impact the normal operation.
