&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access points, they seem to be in a normal state.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As you mentioned your Switch may be stuck on the Routing Code due to the power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a power outage recently and the access points in my home haven't behaved the same. (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Imran,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having issues. I was travelling and unable to try your solution until today. I was able to download PuTTY (though the link on your page is no longer active) and login to the ip. I follow the steps but the password doesn't match the one I have. I understand that PuTTY doesn't show what you are typing on the password but I tried logging in to my switch by typing my IP into my browser window and I use the same password and login there to access it. Im not sure what is happening. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If that doesn't work, please try using the Telnet option as described in the below guide.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
