&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Was this working before or is it a new installation?&amp;nbsp;If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it worked before. Yes there were power outages/serges. The isp connection is fine and works without ruckus system. I have 3 access points connected. Will send pictures as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As you mentioned your Switch may be stuck on the Routing Code due to the power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Apologies, this is very simple issue to troubleshoot and it’s a software issue that can be easily fixed by following the guide. As per our policies warranty is not covered on the software issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please do not use the Unleashed application to check the IP Address. You can find the IP Address of the Switch using the IP Scanner on the laptop and troubleshoot the issue on the laptop itself.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the Routing Code troubleshooting guide step-by-step and let me know if you are stuck at any point during the process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
