    <description>&lt;P&gt;Here are my 3 access points. &amp;nbsp; I took 2 other pictures that don't seem to be loading, not sure why. &amp;nbsp;One is a picture of the switch itself, all lights are currently green. &amp;nbsp;And another is of the whole setup, which basically is my router attached to the switch. &amp;nbsp; I can login to the Lennar network but things are not working properly at all. &amp;nbsp;Can't load many apps or websites, either on my phone or my laptop. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is a way to send the other 2 pictures I can keep trying. &amp;nbsp; Please let me know what else you need as I can't seem to fix this issue on my own. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Lennar wifi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lennar wifi not working since power outage. &amp;nbsp; Do not know what can do, hoping it's fairly simple because what I've seen written so far seems pretty technical and difficult. &amp;nbsp;Is there just a simple solution to get it up and running again? &amp;nbsp;Or is there anyone at all from Ruckus who can guide me through it. &amp;nbsp; Otherwise I'm not sure I'm ever gonna get it to work on my own. &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;These instructions are impossible to follow, even when I have asked more tech savvy people to help me. &amp;nbsp; For the regular person it seems we cannot get through it. &amp;nbsp; Can you please help me in another way. &amp;nbsp;Either a hard reboot that you can provide? &amp;nbsp;Or perhaps by sending me a new switch since the one here doesn't appear to be working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate some more help here, as my wifi connection isn't working well and I really need it to. &amp;nbsp;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
