    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team, Hope you are doing well. I have&amp;nbsp;Ruckus switch ICX 7150-c12p in the home and all in sudden it stopped working. I tried to debug on my own using the steps provided in the other cases but even reset is not working. I can see Orange lights coming up&amp;nbsp;for a second when I power on then nothing. Looking for your help. Now, all the IoTs connected to the AP is down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the below steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet?&lt;/STRONG&gt; Please refer to the below pictures as an example.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
