      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all, so I recently bought a lennar home which had previously been lived in. &amp;nbsp;It had the ruckus switch installed as most do. My issue is that it is configured to the previous owners name. I have my own ISP and router connected but I cannot access the ruckus to remove their old account, or edit their settings. I can’t access the unleashed app or anything. I’ve done multiple hard resets and the only option I have is their old set up or “recove.me-AE600”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im not awesome with stuff like this and would really like to get it sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
