Switch 7150 back in boot mode

After finally resetting the switch. The internet was very intermittent so I went ahead and unplugged the switch and when plugged back again, it went back to boot mode with green pwr and orange stat light

very unfortunate and not sure what to do now. Is the unit bad and need to be replaced ?

Now lights are back on but internet is down
