      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jayavidhya-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did try the factory reset, as you can see from the picture below, the lights are now flashing orange (but the power light is still solid green). &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Based on the images you have shared it seems like the ethernet cable coming from the router/access points has been wrongly connected to the switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;Please make sure the cable is actually connected to the ICX-7150-C12P ( Switch )&amp;nbsp;In one of the 12 ports in the middle.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Ethernet cord that goes to the access points is in the correct place, you can tell in the picture because it’s the blue one. The yellow one was going to my computer for troubleshooting. Everything is on the same position it has always been. B&lt;SPAN&gt;oth ends of the cable look fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same error everytime like @AM15.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ARP Retry count exceeded; starting again&lt;BR /&gt;ping failed; host 192.168.0.2 is not alive&lt;BR /&gt;ICX7150-Boot&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My firewall is off already.
