Refresh R310 AP

I just purchased a home with 4 AP and trying to a factory restore. I unplugged 3 of the AP, then the 1 AP that is still plugged in, I pushed the reset button. However for my next step of connecting to the WiFi to configure me xxxxxx doesn’t show up in my WiFi selections

what can I do? I don’t have the previous owners log in Info or password.
