    <description>&lt;P&gt;My ruckus has been working fine until now, however suddenly since last few days it&amp;nbsp; has stopped working altogether and its not broadcasting any interent. I can see the wifi name and i can connect to it but it doesnt have any internet. I tried power recycling it, i had no luck. I know its not an internet issue from internet provider because other wifi router from other company is perfectly fine .... Can you help providing guideline on T/S and fix.... None of the admin and passwords also do not work when i try to access it via putty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the R510 Access Points, they seem to be in a normal status.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the &lt;STRONG&gt;WHITE ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot. &lt;/STRONG&gt;Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port and try to connect to the Internet via Access Points. If required please reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) the ISP Router and the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch once.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
