      <title>Third incident- Ruckus router hung!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After two times of what I thought was a successful firmware update the router is hung again! Please see earlier posts for model info. Need help to upgrade firmware yet another time through USB. Or need help replacing the router!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You already tried resetting using a paper clip which is not resolving the issue permanently. At this point,&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;nbsp;we need to perform a &lt;STRONG&gt;software recovery &lt;/STRONG&gt;since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and needs to re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Below is the Guide and Video Link to perform the Software recovery process:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
