    <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to conduct the reset of the AP. &amp;nbsp;I removed the working AP from the switch and plugged in the non-working one. Funny thing is, the non-working AP now began to work properly (without following the reset procedures you provided) now that the other AP disconnected from the switch. &amp;nbsp;I then plugged back into the switch the other AP and now that one doesn’t work. &amp;nbsp;I’ve plugged and unplugged multiple times and it turns out that whichever AP is plugged into the switch first works and the other one will not. &amp;nbsp;So, do I still do the reset or is there something else I need to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ICX 7150 has stopped working. There was no WiFi signal in my house so I checked the ICX and it was dead. I recycled power to it and the status lights cam on momentarily but then extinguished and nothing happened. Would not reboot.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My ICX 7150-C12P stopped working. &amp;nbsp;The R510 APs were no longer transmitting a wifi signal. Checked the ICX and there were zero lights illuminated on it. I reset power to the ICX upon which the status lights illuminate momentarily and then turn off. No lights turns on after that and seems it doesn’t work at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I stated before, I removed the Switch from the system since it stopped working. There are no wires connected to it at all. No point in sending a picture of the switch with no wires connected to it. I did attempt the factory reset and the switch doesn’t do what the video you supplied does. When I attempt to do the reset, the Status lights blink once and that’s it. The switch does not reboot as the video does.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ended up just plugging all the wires back into the the ICX before getting this reply from you. &amp;nbsp;Everything worked fine at first. &amp;nbsp;Then, I got an email from your company to confirm the serial number of the ICX for registration purposes. So, I disconnect all the wires and power from the ICX to access the bottom of the ICX to confirm the serial number. I then put all the wiring back together but now one of the access points is not working. I have two, one works and the other does not boot up properly. &amp;nbsp;Instead of a green light on the ICX connection where the non-working access point is connected to, it is an amber light. I’ve tried to reboot it several times but to no avail. &amp;nbsp;How do I fix a single access point?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
