    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Unleashed system with two R510 units &amp;amp; the latest Ruckus Unleashed application on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My home has only one Wi-Fi network, which routes thru my Ruckus R510 units.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to log into my Unleashed system to try and do "system updates", I continue to get the error message " you are not connected to the network" ......... please advise detailed steps on what I need to do to get into my system and update my system (which has had no updates in 3 years).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you ----&amp;nbsp;George Adams -- Houston Texas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the Unleashed application on your smartphone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue may be due to an older version of your RUCKUS R510 Access Point’s Unleashed system. P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;lease login to your Unleashed system on a WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt; and upgrade the Unleashed system as explained below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;200.14.6.1.203&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;which is recently released.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
