&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;In order to verify whether the switch is able to transfer power to PoE devices we need to take console access to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;To check this, first, we have to get access to the switch, and there are Two ways to get access to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I) By IP Address of the Switch OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;II) By Console Access to the Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt; So I removed all the cables from the switch, did a factory reset on the APs and the switch, and then tried the commands and got the same message repeating over and over.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, I’ve tried all 3 different ways to upgrade the switch and non of them are working. Once I try to get any connection from the switch to my computer using ssh/telnet or console I get the same error over and over again. I’ve tried using both putty and mobaxterm and get the same errors. Frankly, I’m getting tired of trying to troubleshoot and figure out what’s wrong with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
