      <title>2nd AP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moved into a home with a ruckus switch and 2 AP's&amp;nbsp; I am the second owner of the home and I managed to get everything working with my internet information but wondering should the 2nd AP be showing a client also. The Master AP is showing 2 green lights and a "client"&amp;nbsp; but the 2nd AP is NOT showing a "client" and has one green light the rest are yellow. Should I unplug the master AP when resetting the 2nd AP? or can I just leave the master connected to the switch while I reset the 2nd AP? Thank you for your assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My question was should the 2nd AP be showing a client?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so,&amp;nbsp; do I just press the reset button on the back of the 2nd AP or do I need to unplug the master AP from the router while leaving the 2nd AP plugged in ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Please perform the factory reset on the access point ( which has amber light on it) by using the below steps and let us know the LED status of the access points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;NOTE: As you have 2 access points to perform physical factory reset correctly you need to disconnect the access points( which has green light on it) from the switch and keep the other access point ( which has amber light on it) in connected state. Once you are done with the process please make sure everything is good and reconnect the other access point back.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
