&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We cannot approve RMA until you confirm that the hardware got damaged. To solve this issue we request you to perform factory reset on the switch using the below steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;To perform the factory reset please disconnect from the power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect it. Once you are done with this step please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Please provide the screenshot of the ping response error only then we can find out the steps to solve this issue. Also we cannot replace the devices until ypu confirm that the hardware is damaged.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
