    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your prompt reply!&amp;nbsp; I finally had an opportunity to try our your suggestion.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, moving ethernet cables to the 12 highlighted ports above did not work.&amp;nbsp; My indoor AP is still completely down.&amp;nbsp; I went a step further and even tried to reset both the Ruckus and the Indoor AP by depressing the reset button on both devices, but no luck with this either.&amp;nbsp; Any idea what could be wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Ruckus in my home is working perfectly, however the indoor ruckus AP is completely dark.&amp;nbsp; One day it was working just fine and the next day it was not; none of the lights are lit. I tried to reset the Ruckus hoping that it would reset the AP.&amp;nbsp; It did reset, however the lights turned off after only a few seconds.&amp;nbsp; Because of this my guest network is not working and I have also lost connection to my ring doorbell.&amp;nbsp; I do not believe that it was struck by lightning however I am curious to know what is going on.&amp;nbsp; We moved into our home in 2018 and everything was brand new when we moved in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Please refer to the below screenshot) and check if it powers on.&amp;nbsp;Usually, you will find the 12 VDC adapter connected to your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router/Modem-Router combo device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Imran.&amp;nbsp; I work a very busy schedule and am not able to try these solutions out right away, thank you for your patience.&amp;nbsp; I do not think that I have a 12VDC adapter in my home.&amp;nbsp; I have tried several different options and none of them fit except for 1, but I do not believe it is the right voltage, the plug says 100V-240V-50-60Hz.&amp;nbsp; Once I plugged this in, it did not power the device.&amp;nbsp; I will have to purchase a 12VDC adapter to see if it works.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have successfully been able to boot the indoor ap with he 12 VDC power adapter.&amp;nbsp; The power light is flashing green and the 2.4G and 5G lights are constantly green.&amp;nbsp; The network associated with this device is also available.&amp;nbsp; It seems that the issue is indeed with the ethernet cable that has been run from the Ruckus in my closet to the indoor AP.&amp;nbsp; What are the next steps I should take?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#E64D4D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

And this is the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;only ONE access point that isn’t working&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;with No Power on it even after checking with an external power adapter it behaves the same. This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ONE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Access Point Unit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
