We have 1 on each floor (2 floors) and the one on seocnd floor has green solids lights. The one on the main floor has 1 solid red light. Please help me what to do next. I tried reconnecting using the ruckus app but i can't log in because it says I am not connected to unleashed settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Thanks for responding. Sorry I don’t know what access points are but here are the pictures. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150 Switch, it is in a normal state. However, the Access Point/Extender has a RED color light.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please unplug and plug the ethernet cables from the RUCKUS Switch and check if the extenders start working? You could plug into any 1 in-8 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
