&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We need IP Address of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, not APs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you cannot see still, you can try to reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS Switch and try once again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

My ISP still has the internet so I believe it’s an issue with gateway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive unplugged it and plugged it back in with no resolve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. It has been working fine until yesterday with no issues (going on over four years).&amp;nbsp; There has been no power outages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I've attached pictures for reference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. The internet from the ISP is working great.&amp;nbsp; I've been using the wifi from the ISP router with zero issues or drops in service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.
