&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working with an Intermittent Internet connection via RUCKUS Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and R510 Access Points, they seem in a normal state.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

This is the IP information. I had to connect via cable access as the IP step wasn't working. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below steps explaining the Upgrade process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;The recommended stable version&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;is 8095g (08.0.95g)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Upgrade path would be: 08080d (your current version)&amp;gt;&amp;gt;8080f&amp;gt;&amp;gt;8095g&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also! I tried to update via Option 1 but I do not have a large enough flash drive. I then tried option 3 but the files that are being downloaded for the update are completely different from option 1 and 2. Which means the commands are different. There is no boot command in option 3, but there is for option 1 and 2.It looks like option 3 is updating with this file 08090k. Where as option 1 and 2 are updating with these files 8095h and 8080f. So which one is correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
