    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I just recently moved to a Lennar home and I have not been able to get any connection through the Ethernet wall ports. I got the WiFi working but after connecting a laptop to every wall port I just don't get any internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The switch lights are green and the previous owners said the wall ports worked for them so I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- turning the switch off and on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- factory resetting the switch by powering down and holding the reset button while powering on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- connecting a laptop directly to the switch (I got internet connection).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They are not linked to the wall Ethernet ports.
