Unleashed app not working on iphone

The unleashed app is not working on an iPhone. I use to be able to access everything through the app but now all I get is “you are not connected to the unleashed network. Go to settings?” Notification message. I’ve tried to also log in online and same thing it will not let me log in and keeps saying my username or password are incorrect. I am a Lennar home owner and apparently customer service will not assist Lennar home owners anymore and I’m forced to post on this forum. Any help will be appreciated.

There was an issue with the app which was resolved.

Please download or updated the app to latest version and confirm if you are still facing any issues.

I have the latest Unleashed App version 11.140.1, and still am getting the same error. Please advise.

Please check the below link for the complete information and the steps to resolve the issue.
You need to upgrade your AP firmware along with the IOS app to fix the issue.
I have also included on how to access the AP using the browser or Laptop to upgrade the AP.

Hi Sanjay,

Thank you for your assistance. I was successfully able to upgrade and access the APs using the browser and upgrade the APs firmware.

I am still unable to access it from my mobile phone (Apple Phone), is it because the mobile management is still pending? See screenshot below:

If you have upgraded your Access Points on the web Unleashed system, please uninstall/install (update) the RUCKUS Unleashed application on your smartphone and try logging in.

If you continue to have the issue even after the above step, to avoid confusion with posts, you can create your own post on the RUCKUS Lennar support on this forum with the problem you're facing and a detailed description of the network issue and what you've done so that we can guide you properly.

Hi,
Can you try uninstalling the mobile app and install it again?
Once done, try setting the remote management again.

There can be a few reasons why apps aren't opening on your iPhone. Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:-

Close and Reopen the App:- Sometimes a simple app closure can resolve minor glitches. Swipe up on the app preview at the bottom of your screen to close it, and then relaunch it from your home screen.
Restart Your iPhone:- A restart can often clear temporary glitches. Hold the side button (or the top button on older models) and either volume button until you see the "slide to power off" prompt. Slide the phone off, then wait a few seconds before turning it back on.
Update Apps:- Outdated apps can sometimes malfunction. Open the App Store, tap your profile picture in the top right corner, and then scroll down to see available updates. Update any apps that have updates available.
Reinstall Problematic App(s):- If the above steps don't work, try reinstalling the app. Find the app on your home screen, tap and hold the icon until it jiggles. Then, tap the "X" in the corner and choose "Delete App" (or "Delete App" directly if your iOS version allows). Go to the App Store and reinstall the app.
