      <title>Failed to auto recognize ICX IP address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a Lennar home that was built in Dec 2020 that came with a ICX-7150-C12 switch &amp;amp; 2 R510 WAPs.&amp;nbsp; Within the last 10 days I have noticed the network dropping off intermittently to the point that my devices will say that the network is unstable or not even be connected anymore.&amp;nbsp; This has happened with my LG smart TV, Alexa devices, iPhones &amp;amp; some of my smart plugs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When logged into my Unleashed dashboard through admin, I see that there is no IP for the Switch.&amp;nbsp; It shows that the name of the switch is "&lt;SPAN&gt;ICX7150-C12 Router" and states "Failed to auto recognize ICX IP address, please provide IP address to continue".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My assumption is that it booted up incorrectly as a router and needs to be changed to a switch.&amp;nbsp; However,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I have read many of the other posts about similar issues and still have had no luck in resolving the issue.&amp;nbsp; I have downloaded the IP scanner and do not see the IP address for my switch, but do see IP addresses for my to WAPs.&amp;nbsp; Through my modem/router it shows me an IP address for the switch (192.168.0.12), but I am not able to access it by any means.&amp;nbsp; I have tried through the web by just typing in the IP address in the address bar and it says the connection took too long.&amp;nbsp; I have tried by using MobaXterm as well and get similar messages about not being able to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pictures of my WAP status and a screenshot from the modem/router app showing the IP.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_3232.jpg" style="width: 200px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9720iBE276433F9536EB8/image-size/small/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=200" role="button" title="IMG_3232.jpg" alt="IMG_3232.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_3233.jpg" style="width: 92px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9718i4283F0FD3A66ED71/image-size/small/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=200" role="button" title="IMG_3233.jpg" alt="IMG_3233.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="unnamed.jpg" style="width: 150px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9719i3596CFC065FF8DF9/image-size/small/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=200" role="button" title="unnamed.jpg" alt="unnamed.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sofia,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response.&amp;nbsp; It was helpful and I was able to resolve my issue.&amp;nbsp; Please note that your instructions did not say anything about having to 'remove' the switch that was showing in the Unleashed Dashboard before being able to 'add' one with the same IP address.&amp;nbsp; Because the switch was showing the the Unleashed Dashboard I had to remove it to be able follow your instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
