      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have uploaded the image and a video as well as as a putty log.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Magically after the 1000th replug after I took the video all the connection lights came on and stayed on With no connections added to the switch putty shows me mutliple errors non stop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.&lt;BR /&gt;PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.&lt;BR /&gt;PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.&lt;BR /&gt;PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.&lt;BR /&gt;PoE: Port 1/1/5 lost non-PD, so enabling PD detection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I unplug and replug some of the network cables I get the PD log. now that the unit power should I try a reset and do a firmware update?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
