      <title>ruckus connectivity issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im having some issues with all 4 of my access points and ruckus switch, after a power loss two weeks ago. the internet connection as been intermiten when devicies connect to the access points, the conection becomes on and off randombly, &amp;nbsp;also making my apple devicies and window computers not connect to the internet. &amp;nbsp; can some one help me with this. &amp;nbsp; i tried power cycling the network switch, and the access points. &amp;nbsp;i also had att replace the modem and i still have the same result&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Zafar, &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im using &amp;nbsp;4 R510 access points. &amp;nbsp;I tried doing the CLI using putty and my Mac Terminal connecfion and i get unable to connect. &amp;nbsp;so basded on the &amp;nbsp;gui interface they been running for 22hrs 30min. &amp;nbsp;as for the switch i receive &amp;nbsp;this from Lennar and i belive &amp;nbsp;it as already set up for someone else &amp;nbsp;so i dont know the user name and password for the switch. &amp;nbsp; i've also tried &amp;nbsp;connectin to it &amp;nbsp;using putty &amp;nbsp;and telnet connction with no success. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-11-02 at 12.56.12 PM.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9605i11EE057EA42F456A/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-11-02 at 12.56.12 PM.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-11-02 at 12.56.12 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   &lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that the Internet connection from your RUCKUS devices is Intermittent after a power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
