    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looks I am running in to some issues. Here are the my steps :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Removed two cables from the switch ( so only one remained)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;physically reset the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;after 2nd attempt, I got the “configure-me—xxx” option.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I followed all the steps in the app. It asked for creating a Wifi password and a admin password that I did ( in the Mobile app).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Now it &amp;nbsp;is showing me as one of the options to connect to Wifi in the list of options.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then I connected rest of the two cables for APs.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I am facing issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I am not able to access the portal for management. It keeps showing me same messages as attached.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. the other two APs are still showing amber for both 2G &amp;amp; 5G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. somehow all three APs are also showing as connected in my AT&amp;amp;T “smart home manager” app. I am thinking, ideally that should not happen as the APs are connected through switch and not directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance as Internet Connectivity via RUCKUS devices in your recently moved Lennar home is very slow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the R510 Access Points, they seem to be in a normal status.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. &lt;STRONG&gt;It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Please unplug the ethernet cable plug it into the correct port and try to connect to the Internet via Access Points.&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;If required, you can reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the ISP’s Router once.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;As per the pictures you shared, the Switch and the Access Points seem in a normal state.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;We may now need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi Network/SSID via Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#E64D4D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#E64D4D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you have 3 Access Points in your case, remove the cables of any TWO Access Points, and perform the factory reset on the ONE connected access point. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Physical Factory Reset of RUCKUS Access Point:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looks I am running in to some issues. Here are the my steps :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Removed two cables from the switch ( so only one remained)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;physically reset the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;after 2nd attempt, I got the “configure-me—xxx” option.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I followed all the steps in the app. It asked for creating a Wifi password and a admin password that I did ( in the Mobile app).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Now it &amp;nbsp;is showing me as one of the options to connect to Wifi in the list of options.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then I connected rest of the two cables for APs.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I am facing issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I am not able to access the portal for management. It keeps showing me same messages as attached.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. the other two APs are still showing amber for both 2G &amp;amp; 5G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. somehow all three APs are also showing as connected in my AT&amp;amp;T “smart home manager” app. I am thinking, ideally that should not happen as the APs are connected through switch and not directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. I also lost connection to one of my previously connected device (pool management app).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Kindly advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jacob&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is the reason you are unable to log into your Unleashed Application from your smartphone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;200.14.6.1.203&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;which is recently released.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
