      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for responding.&amp;nbsp; The configuration has not changed since it was installed in 2018. Linksys switch connected to Ruckus dumb switch connected to 3 Access points. We did reboot the entire system and this is when the Ruckus did not come back up.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The pictures of the switch and access point cannot be attached as it says i dont have permission to upload when i click the camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you specifically reboot the Ruckus devices, or was it only the unit from your ISP (Linksys switch), or did you reboot all of them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you did reboot the Ruckus switch, could you provide details on how you performed this reboot?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently, I can only observe one AP; are the lights on the other two Access Points the same?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you confirm whether you can see the Lennar Wifi network associated with your Ruckus devices? If so, are you able to successfully connect to it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;font-size:10pt;"&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

The reboot was a power off of the Linksys router and the Ruckus switch.&amp;nbsp; The lights on the other 2 access points are similar.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Not sure what you mean by Lennar wifi but the Linksys router is working and if you are close enough to it you can connect to it for internet access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. The issue we experienced is the wireless connection for Ruckus that we normally attach to never comes back up and cannot be connected to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. The WAPs are not lit except PWR - Green, CTL - flashing green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As an update, i rebooted both the Linksys and Ruckus by powering them down and up for the at least 10th time in the past 4 days and after 30&amp;nbsp; minutes the Ruckus wireless we normally connect to returned.&amp;nbsp; Although this is a temporary fix, who knows when this will happen again.&amp;nbsp; your thoughts on next steps appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
