&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Sorry for the late response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Here are the answers to your questions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;1) The main box that’s plugged into the outlet shows green lights. I’ll have a picture attached so you can see.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) I currently have 3 things plugged into the main access point and the lights are all green. The top extender in my house that’s mounted on the ceiling has 4 green lights on. While the one that’s downstairs in my house only has 3 green lights on. I attached a picture of that as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please note that CTL light will be only on the ONE Access Point which acts as a Master.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G&amp;nbsp;radio the lights turn&amp;nbsp;green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As you mentioned one of your Access Points is not letting you connect to the Wi-Fi. Do you see any behavior like websites not loading, slow/Intermittent Internet connection, etc., via it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please unplug and plug the Access Points ethernet cables from the Switch and plug them back and check? You can plug them in any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
