&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that one of your RUCKUS Access Points isn’t working with a flashing CTL light on it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Flashing of the CTL light means the Access Point is unable to connect/contact the Master Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please try to unplug and plug its ethernet cable from the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch port and check if it comes back to normal?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;You can plug it into any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#E64D4D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I have also depressed the reset button on the back of the AP and the power cycles through the red light and finally stays solid green with the CTL still slowly flashing green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make sure you unplug all the Access Points except ONE on which you perform the factory reset process. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I plugged back the affected AP after I created a new unleashed log in and the same light indications came on (slow blinking green light for the CTL).       <description>&lt;P&gt;The access point is now indicating a solid green on the pwr, and no light on CTL and the 2.4G and 5G are yellow. The ruckus unleashed app is recognizing the AP as well but non of the clients are connected to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note, that Amber lights on 2.4G and 5G is a normal behavior. And CTL light will be only on the Master Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G&amp;nbsp;radio the lights turn&amp;nbsp;green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You could try to connecting to the SSID/Wi-Fi network which is broadcasted from your RUCKUS Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You can check your Access Points Wi-Fi Network name details by logging into the Unleashed system. (Please refer to the below screenshot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello and thanks for your continued help. When I log into my unleashed network. The WiFi network is only connected to the master AP. The affected AP is indicated but no clients can connect to it. Can I please get some details on how the networks in our house can share the two AP rather than just one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;All the RUCKUS R510 Access Points should be in a single unleashed system with ONE master and other slave APs (please refer to the below screenshot). The Wi-Fi network you configure in the Unleashed should be broadcasted from all the Access Points since they will be in a single Unleashed system. When your connected device moves closer to any Access Point it will switch to it on the same Wi-Fi network.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

The configured Wi-Fi network are only broadcasting from one AP, the master.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#E64D4D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
