    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did the reset 2-3 times, and now seeing the network is up. Able to access internet now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks everyone for kind replies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P router not working after the sudden power outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P router not working after the sudden power outage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i followed all the instructions given on Ruckus website,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Tried to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. tried to press the reset button using a paper clip/stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Removed power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Pressed and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but even after doing all these, the device and extender are still not connected to network&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happened to me.&amp;nbsp; Was working fine for 2 years.&amp;nbsp; To Troubleshoot I've done factory resets on the Switch and the two APs to start the configuration over.&amp;nbsp; I have Wifi and can connect but can not get on the internet.&amp;nbsp; multiple Speed tests all fail starts with downloading but fails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Was this working before or is it a new installation?&amp;nbsp;If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
