&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that one of your RUCKUS Access Points has a RED PWR LED on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please try to unplug and plug its ethernet cable from the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and check if it comes back to normal?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;one of my downstairs device is having steady red light. And I am not sure when I need to press the reset buttons which cables I need to pull. Please advice me. I have few pictures but cannot see the option to attach the pics&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
