      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to login to my ruckus via the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;link on my desktop as it produces the default unreachable error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;This site can’t be reached&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;unleashed.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;’s server IP address could not be found."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to access the app on my phone and login but not on the desktop. Both my phone and the desktop are on the same network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And you mentioned you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi/Internet network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
