      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Every couple days the RUCKUS device loses power, but if I unplug and plug back in, lights return and everything is on/back to normal.&amp;nbsp; It happened this morning when I woke up and just happened for the first time during the day while using the internet, so it is becoming more frequent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Started maybe a week or two ago, possibly after a power outage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;canned response question answers:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Teams_xVRpOBcpAK.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9395i27E50116BBE55616/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Teams_xVRpOBcpAK.png" alt="Teams_xVRpOBcpAK.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; ISP is running, no issues there.&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Lennar home came with two access points, they all work when I unplug and plug back in the switch, unrelated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As the ports are working fine for other network cables, the &lt;STRONG&gt;1/1/9 port on which an Access Point is connected &lt;/STRONG&gt;is only able to transmit &lt;STRONG&gt;100 Mbps&lt;/STRONG&gt; of speed (please refer to the below screenshot) which is a result of a defective network ethernet cable. This issue/problem maybe more on the cable side, we suggest you check the ethernet cable connected to the 1/1/9 port. &lt;STRONG&gt;You could try to unplug/plug it into any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the 2nd screenshot below and check the ‘show interface brief’ command if it is able to transmit 1G speed. If that doesn’t work, please replace the ethernet cable with a new/working cable and try again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If your Switch doesn’t power up, could you please connect another working power cord and observe? Sometimes it happens when the power cord gets damaged.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Also as mentioned in my previous post, please unplug/plug the 1/1/9 ethernet cable into any 1 in-12 ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
