&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;Since the switch is in the normal state you can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to transfer the power to PoE devices via 12 ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;To check this, first, we have to get access to the switch, and there are Two ways to get access to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I) By IP Address of the Switch OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;II) By Console Access to the Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, we only have one box in the ceiling that has no lights at all. And only the doorbell and Kevo are affected, all hard wires are working.&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t think it’s the cable problem, it’s a brand new home.&lt;BR /&gt;This same problem happened before, about over a year ago. Ruckus replaced the unit.
