      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue where I am not able to access the link "&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;" via my desktop. I am able to access the app via my mobile and both the desktop and mobile are connected to the saem network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
