I tried to turn off wifi 5G in the unleashed app then no wifi signal anymore. So I plugin a ethernet cable in the Switch but I can not open https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com.

I tried all ports on the Switch but no luck.

Is there any way to access https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com by ethernet ONLY, thank you

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are trying to access https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ from the wired ethernet connection from the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

Apologies, you cannot access the https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ link if you are not connected to the RUCKUS Access Point’s Wi-Fi network. However, you can access the Unleashed using the Master APs IP Address, only when you are connected to the Same ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router’s internet connection to which your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is connected, using wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) networks.

If you don’t know the IP Address of the Master Access Point. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Points.

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

You should see the Unleashed dashboard as shown in the below screenshot.
