(Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network and still unable to log into the Unleashed application, maybe your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
