Unable to login into Unleashed app to manage network: "Destination IP address is not Unleashed IP"

I am a lennar Ruckus customer. I am trying to manage my Ruckus network to change the WIFI name and password. But I am unable to login into Unleashed app. I also do not remember by Unleashed user id and password. Please help me address this issue.

Thanks for your detailed description,

Based on the description you have shared it seems like you are unable to login to unleashed app.

Please try to login to the unleashed network by entering the IP address of the access points in the web browser.

Also please follow the below link on how to find the IP address of the access points.

To login please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters )

Username:admin password: Ruckus!

Username:admin password: Ruckus1

Username:admin password: Lennar

Username:super password: sp-admin
