    <description>&lt;P&gt;Over a month ago, while away, we had several power outages. When we returned our Wi-Fi was not working. &amp;nbsp;I rebooted the modem and Wi-Fi access resumed. Later I noticed that the access points (APs) didn’t have any lights. Later while following some of the steps in another post on this site, I noticed that my ring doorbell was not working. It has a power over Ethernet (POE) connection to the Ruckus switch. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I get the APs and my ring doorbell working again?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The POE ports on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ICX -7150-C12P switch are not light. &amp;nbsp;The other lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I would love to send a picture but it says I don’t have permission to upload images. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_frowning_face:"&gt;🙁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Apologies for the delayed response, as this post has now moved to the Lennar forum. Please let me know the status of this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working with no power on Access Points after multiple power outages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
