      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;BR /&gt;I have no idea if I’m connected bc the app doesn’t let me log in because i can not connect to ruckus network which does not appear. The smart home devices are all connected to the ruckus router and are not working due to this issues. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;The application doesn’t let you login even if you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network when your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version. Please follow the below process and help us with the information to assist you in Upgrading your RUCKUS Access Points to the new version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
