&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the light status, connections of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access Points, are in their normal behavior.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please elaborate on the issue in detail, so that we can assist you better?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;For example, if you are able to see a Wi-Fi SSID/network broadcasted from your RUCKUS Access Points and connect to it. If you can connect, can you access the Internet? or if there is any intermittent Internet connection, etc.,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please let me know the answers to the above queries or let me know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
