      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have tried resetting the main Ruckus router box by using the youtube videos we found. The previous homeowners used the network and we are trying to gain access to the service. Does anyone know how to reset, test, wire, or whatever is needed to be done to gain access to the network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its disappointing to know they do not service Lennar homes any longer. Do you know why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;NOTE: As you are having two access points to perform physical factory reset of access points we need to disconnect one of the access points ( which has green lights on it) and leave the other access points in connected state and perform the factory reset. Once everything is done and you configure the access points make sure everything is good and reconnect the other access points back.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
