ICX-7150 Switch having error messages after brown out.

After a brown out I am having the error message below. I get it almost every time the power goes out, and it takes dozens of attempts to restart it for it to not have this issue. Is there any way I can get this fixed or replaced?

It's very frustrating that any time the power fluctuates slightly I completely lose internet and have to plug in my computer and do all the putty stuff to try to fix it. I can't enter anything in putty due to the bad boot. I deleted out about half of that text scroll from putty since it was too many characters.

As an update, I finally got it to boot once correctly, but now it has been stuck on this step for the past 5 minutes.

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, after a power outage.

Please note, that we may need to upgrade your Switch to the latest stable version to avoid this issue in the future. However, we will resolve the issue to bring the Switch a normal state and then we can process with the upgrade of the same.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.
