      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - here are the answers to your questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- yes, I am a lennar home owner&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- switch model icx 7150-c12p&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- would like to get 3g and 5g working on access points r510x3 and go from orange lights to green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-I have unplugged the wires once and set up as before. I’ve tried this twice. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the pictures you shared, as per the light status and the cable connections, they seem to be normal. Are you able to see a Wi-Fi SSID broadcasted from your RUCKUS R510 Access Points and connect to the Internet with the same?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note, that Amber lights on 2.4G and 5G is a normal behavior.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G&amp;nbsp;radio the lights turn&amp;nbsp;green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;May I know if both 2.4G and 5G are amber? If yes, you can try to reboot them once. If your Internet connectivity is working fine, you can ignore it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If a device gets connected to 2.4G radio it will turn green and the same for 5G radio as well. Please refer to the link I shared in my last post for more information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

My fear is that i'm just accessing my modem up on 3rd floor and not really using the Access Points in my 3 level house since they are all orange for 3 g and 5 g all the time. Is there a way to check or force a log on to one of the access points?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This is something that you can easily get to know based on, to which Wi-Fi SSID name/network your Mobile or any wireless device is connected, whether to the Wi-Fi SSID that is broadcasted from your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or from the RUCKUS Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;However, if you need more detailed information, you can check the Wi-Fi SSID details from the Unleashed system login and when a device is connected you can check which devices/clients are connected to a particular SSID you configured in your Unleashed system. Please refer to the below screenshot for the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
