&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in setting up your RUCKUS devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note, that the RUCKUS setup only includes the &lt;STRONG&gt;RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the R510 Access Points.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Usually, the AC Adapter is for the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router/Modem-Router combo device. I would suggest you contact your ISP for the same.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the picture you shared, I see only 2 ethernet cables plugged into the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, seems like they are of 2 Access Points. There must be an ISP (Internet Service Provider’s) Router/Modem-Router combo ethernet cable also must be connected to any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot. Please plug the same and try to connect the Wi-Fi network via RUCKUS R510 Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please confirm if you have connected the ISP Router’s ethernet cable to the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch into any 1 in-12 ports as described in my previous post?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to reset and configure them with a new Wi-Fi SSID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt; To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you have 2 Access Points in your setup, remove the cable of any one Access Point from the Switch ports, and perform the factory reset on the other connected access point and once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point back to the Switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please note you must unplug all the APs only keeping ONE AP connected to the Switch, and perform a factory reset on the same with all the configuration and this AP will act as a Master AP. Once it is done, you must connect the Unplugged APs back to the Switch, and the Master AP on which you performed a factory reset will transfer the configuration to all the APs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There is NO need of performing factory reset on ALL the access points.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
